Metacaulk® Joint Strip is a fl exible, highly intumescent fi restop material used in concrete
and masonry fl oor and wall joints up to 1” wide. It forms a strong insulating char that
prevents the passage of fl ame, smoke and hot gases between joints. Metacaulk® Joint
Strip is ideal for stadium construction, tilt up panels, curtain wall panels and all concrete and
masonry wall and fl oor construction joint applications where a fi re-rated joint is required.

Metacaulk® Wrap Strip is a fl exible strip of highly intumescent fi restop material
used primarily for plastic and insulated pipe applications. When exposed to heat,
it expands and forms a strong char to seal off the penetration and prevent the
passage of fl ames and hot gases. Easy to apply - simply wrap required number of
strips around penetrating item and push into annular space. May also be used with
an universal collar.
